I went to the Covent Garden store today to pick up an item I had reserved. I spent 15 minutes fruitlessly trying to catch the eye of one of the more than eight assistants (yes - I counted), to no avail. I spent another five minutes obviously browsing the Hobbs web site on my Ipad hoping that someone might notice. But no!
So no service, no sale and I expect Hobbs will go the way of Betsey Johnson and the Dodo.
