Ordered some items online, it took ages to get delivered and then they all didn't fit. Went to the store to return the items and their staff said I cannot because I bought it online on credit, was told to ring customer service etc. I called 3 or 4 times and the waiting times were just silly. More than 30 minutes each time that I simply gave up . Decided to email customer service, again it took ages to get a reply that didn't make sense, sent another mail and still the person who replied didn't answer my question.
How annoying!!! I have been trying to "return these items for 1 month, all yo no avail". My worst customer service / online experience . Will not use again, NEVER..
