I made an order and five days later on the day of expected delivery I received a letter saying that I must get in contact with hm within 5 days as my parcel couldn't be delivered due to 'security reasons' otherwise my order would be cancelled, however 5 days had already passed by the time I got the letter! I had received no email or information prior to this letter so I was therefore not aware. Turns out hm had mixed up my details with my sisters hm account and the dates of birth didn't match up when I was asked security questions.
They therefore said they had sorted it and they would dispatch my order and it would be with me in the next 3 to 5 days, 5 days went passed and I still hadn't received my order so I rang them to find out where it was as the online tracking wasn't working and they said it had just been dispatched, 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my delivery.
So disappointed in HM online order service, I definitely won't be ordering anything else from them again which is really annoying because I love the brand and there clothes :( I've read many reviews about hm delivery and they are all bad, they shouldn't offer an online service if they can't deliver when promised.
