I went to h&m at the weekend with my mum, chose my items and went to the till. At the till there was no que and one lady behind the counter. We were ignored for a few minutes before I got some form of grunt to come forward. She continued to grunt at me whilst folding my items. She then carried on doing something else. After a few more minutes I got a very snotty "i t still says you've not inserted the card" so I persume she'd ask me through one of her previous grunts. I appoligised and entered my pin to be ignored again and my bag practically thrown at me! I have never known customer service like it! I think she needs a few courses on how to crack a smile and how to pronounce her words. I never write reviews, but days later I'm still angry about how I was treated.
