I ordered a pair of shorts a few weeks ago, it was 4 days late. When it got here, it did 't fit, so I sent it back. I ordered a new one in the right size. H&M said it would arrive between the 8th and the 10th, it still hadn't arrived on the 15th, so I called them. The woman that 'helped' me was very rude, and started asking questions about my date of birth instead of trying to solve the problem of my order not being delivered.
Her problemwas this: according to H&M, one should not be allowed to place an order when one is under 18, not even under parental guidance. At the time, I was 17 years old but had filled out that I was 18 years old in order to be able to place the order. When I called, the woman started attacking me on my date of birth and questioning me whether this was right, because my 'date of birth had recently been changed' (to my actual date of birth). I don't know how they got my actual date of birth.
Long story short: my order was cancelled and I should order again with my mothers account (which she of course doesn't have). My talk with the woman was extremely unpleasant, she almost made me cry. When I told her I thought this was rediculous and wanted to file a complaint, she told me to go read the general conditions because it all said so there.
I recommend not ordering from H&M. It will give you more trouble than joy.
