I used to like shopping at H&M, however recently I have ordered online and some of my things came in different sizes. I sent back the items within 2 days and two weeks later I have received no items, a refound or even an email! I have called up multiple times however the staff weren't very helpful. They asked me to send several emails which I have sent multiple times, however i still haven't had a reply or any sign of my items.
