I ordered some tops 8 days ago for a holiday I leave for tomorrow. A couple of days later I was informed that the items were dispatched so I was sure that I would receive them in time. They still have not arrived and they can't be found on the package tracking. When I called customer services I was told that the items were dispatched from the warehouse in Sweden (?!) and can take up to 10 days to be delivered. I really can't understand why I am paying for P&P for it to take this long!
So now I shall have to go "topless" for my holiday. Thank you H&M. I will not be ordering from you again.
