Placed an ordered online to be delivered to my work address. I was told to call them as there was a problem with my order, I called to be told that they don't deliver to work addresses, only residential. Considering I will be in work during their delivery hrs of 8am - 8pm and that they require my signature, this is ridiculous. I asked whether they could deliver the order to one of their stores for collection and was told it was not possible. A really terrible service.
