This company really haven't mastered the art of offering good online shopping. Their orders take far too long to be delivered and as for the returns; well you need to keep very clear records of dates and items etc as YOUR ACCOUNT TAKES FAR TOO LONG TO BE UPDATED!! I have now been charged a late payment fee for something I know isn't correct but will have to work it all out before complaining. Stay clear of the online facility; it's not worth it. Just pop into their stores or GO ELSWHERE!
