Not happy at all with this, my parcel wasn't delivered at all and was already 9 days late. I contacted h&m and still no clear information was given to me as to how I could resolve the problem that could have accured!
I was told my parcel was sent back to the warehouse. I had no idea of this until I phoned up the second time and I wasnt contacted personally as to where my parcel was. I do not recommend this at all!!
