ordered over £90 worth of goods, took unwanted items back to store where I was given a store card as refund, what a rip off. When I could not find anything I liked to use up card a asked an assistant if I could purchase a gift card as a Christmas present I was told no I could use the store card!!! But amount on store card was more than I wished to use for the gift card- no I couldn't purchase a gift card. I certainly will not use h & m for online shopping again.
