Placed my order 11th July, heard nothing, but realised something was happening when £38.89 went out of my account on 21st July. The had email to say order had been dispatched, today is 23rd and it has not arrived, should be small parcel therefore Royal mail. Their communication is very bad. If it arrives tomorrow a full two weeks since ordering, not sure where they get the 4-6 days from! H&M really need to up their game, when as many have said, next day or at least two days is the norm for most companies. I will not use them again and just hope I don't need to return the skirt!
