I ordered around £70 worth of stuff from the H&M website, and because of it being the first time I ordered anything from there, I hadn't had any idea of how bad H&M's delivery and customer service reputation was. It was only when I asked someone about their experience with it that I learnt how awful they apparently were. I ordered them on Saturday, April 5th, and chose the standard 4 day delivery, and on the following Monday, I was sent an email from H&M saying that my order was being packed. I was expecting for it to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday, but when my parcel didn't arrive, I looked up H&M, and discovered the reviews. I decided to wait a bit longer as many of the reviews said that they waited about 2 weeks, but I did try to track my order. However, when I tried to track my parcel, all it says was: "We are expecting your shipment information soon". This continued for about 6 days. On Saturday, 12th April, I received a text message saying that I should expect my order in the next 24- 48 hours. However, 30 minutes later, on the same day, my parcel arrived! Everything was packed well, and all the things that I ordered were there, so apart from the tracking-problem and the slightly- late delivery, I didnt have any major problems with H&M!
