“Poor online shopping experience”

First and foremost thing, they dont generate an unique order number when you shop, second they do not notify when they have removed an item from list until you check your pending order regularly. Third, customer service is utterly bad. They dont bother to update customer on anything. I havent still received my order. I think it would be a surprise every time you shop with them, coz, you dont know what would come and what wouldnt. I will not be shopping anything from them online going forward.
