“Don't buy online”

I ordered an item and it took a very long time for delivery. When it finally did come, they had sent me the wrong size of one of the items, even though all of the paperwork it came with clearly indicated the size it 'should' have been. I called customer service and the woman was both unhelpful and fake in her apologies.
Now I have to go to my own hassle of exchanging or returning the item and I am not pleased! Would warn anyone to NOT buy online with this company, I certainly won't.
