(Blackpool store)I had chosen a vest which was on a rail along with many other of the same vest, with a large sign on top of the rail stating 'basic essentials all £3.99'.I then went upstairs and selected other children's items. I went to the till to pay,the top came up as £5.99,i suggested that i had selected the vest from a rail stating that they all were £3.99.She replied by "I only work up here i dont know prices down stairs, i will get someone to check".She called over a young guy and explained the problem. He replied rather abruptly saying that it was not on promotion the price on the ticket is what you pay. I asked if he could check. He said No and that there has been a move around and the staff must have put them there by accident, and take or leave it.I said that as there were more of the same vast on the rail that some one had not just put it there by accident therefore it is a shop fault so really they should honour the price stated on the sign. While i was talking he stated to walk a way from me. I was so shocked as not only had he been taking to me so rudely and walked away while a customer was talking to him but i am in a wheel chair therefore i was unable to follow him to continue the conversation. I asked him if i was able to speak to the manager he said NO,i asked again and he shouted at me that he was the manger, i asked him who his manager was he then threw a card at me with his managers name on. I asked what his name was he replied Gray i asked how you spell it he then spoke to me as i was stupid by saying G R A Y. I left the shop and vowed that i would never return, i have never ever been spoken to in such a way. He was the most arrogant rude man that i have had the un fortune meet. Customer service what a joke.
