Won't bore you with the long protracted details, but from my experince, items show in stock so you order them, only to get an email days later to say they are out of stock. Some items come back into stock, but won't be available for 2 months. Items are available at different times, but despite their website saying they will deliver each item as and when they are available, they won't. And even if they did, each order line woudl have to be worth £6 or more, otherwiose you have to pay additional P&P (again, not mentioned on the website). But even if the order line exceeds £6, they won't ship it.
Staff quite friendly, but cannot do anything meaningful to assist. Apparently they can't over-ride the system. Was sent a £5 voucher for my troubles (I cancelled the whole order in the end) but I can only use it online and not in the shop....unlikely after this experinece.
Oh and their stuff comes from Sweden, no warehouse in the UK. But it might as well be Sweden, The Moon as it takes an absolute age to arrive. The 3-5 working days is a joke and severe underestimation.
Avoid H&M unless you are not in a hurry to receive item, or not bothered about getting it full stop as likely to be out of stock. Stick with the shops if you can bear with the poor stock levels, total disorganisation, dirty changing rooms and scant staff.
