I ordered baby cot and mattress. Received cot which was not in a good condition and did not receive a mattress. Waited for a week and called to enquire and they said that it was damaged during transit so they have not delivered it it was returned to the warehouse and the refund is in process. I wasn't made aware of the situation so I can make alternative arrangements, very ignorant. Did not receive an email that the item has left the warehouse as I received for the cot. Don't think they are honest in saying it left the warehouse and then returned. I was offered a compensation in two different parts, received one but did not receive the other email with the code. Dishonesty again! Cannot trust them if really need the item its him & miss scenario with them! Very unreliable
