Ordered am item from the (great) gant website, which went fine. However, the 'within three business days delivery' turns out to be 'end of the third day delivery'. As with many web purchases, the courier service is very poor. There is a massive gap in the market for a courier company who wil actually do what they promise and --the killer app!-- is able to give a more specicic delivery slot (as opposed to requiring you to sit in all day). And to Gant, just be honest and say 'at least 3 days'.
