I bought a pair of boots from this website. While trying to choose a size, the sizing chart supplied was useless and didn't supply any measurements as to what constitutes a size 9 for them. It did say that US sizes are standard, and that shipping is not only free but "hassle free," so I took their word for it and ordered my size 9. I received the shoes, and even though they were marked appropriately, they were not a size 9. They were clearly a 10. It would have cost me sixty dollars to ship them back to exchange for a smaller size and when I asked if they would honor this (their website states they will reimburse shipping charges) they refused and said "there's a sizing chart on our website, so technically your item is not faulty or incorrect." I have never dealt with such indifference in customer service. They simply don't care. This is my most awful online shopping experience and I've been purchasing online for years.
