Where's my order Claires accessories? i ordered online over a week ago, to collect in store. i have received absolutely no correspondence at all. When i called 5 days after ordering for an update, and waiting for35 minutes before speaking to someone, i was told my order had been lost in the system. i asked to cancel and be immediiately refunded. The lady confirmed this would be done. Two days late, no refund has been initiated (i paid by paypal so i would be told that one had been initiated, even if the funds were not available) and no email confirming cancellation/refund etc. So after another call to then (just a 20 minute wait this time!!) i was told they dont send correspondence to people!!! fabulous customer service!!! i was then told i had to wait up to 10 working days for my refund to be initiated. So you have had my money for a week, couldnt process the order, and then expect me to wait another two weeks for my money back!! absolutely disgraceful service! i would not receommend you, nor would i conside buying from you again.
