I went to Ilford Mall Claire's on 14.4.2014. The shop was too crowded, however, that did not put me off. While making my selection, I could hear 3 members of staff shouting and laughing, as if they were teenagers in a chip shop. After I went to the counter, one of them sauntered over, did not wish me or smile....did not even bother to look at me! She almost snatched the item off my hands, took the money, and plopped the purchase on the desk. No 'thank you' obviously....and immediate return to her friends!!

With this kind of staff attitude, I don't think I will step into that shop again.
