My wife and kids went into Claire on the weekend as my 6 year old is really into 1D at the mo, so went to buy her something really nice. I was so narked off when the manager Kim Dawson, said to my 6 year old, 'do you mind watching where your walking as you are knocking at the displays off the wracks'. There was no please or thank you and she didn’t even bother to make eye contact. When i realised my daughter's coat brushed the display, in the very tight shops and accidently knocked a pair of earrings, I was even more upset. I asked who the manager was and was horrified to learn that, the lady who so rudely spoke to my daughter was the manager. When I questioned her manners, instead of apologising, she lapsed into explanations and with such a bad attitude. And so i asked her name and told her that I would be complaining about her and the way she spoke to my daughter. Needless to say by that time, we were so narked off; we decided to leave the shop. KIM DAWSON should learn how to speak to young customers, or make her shop less crowded and be more humble, after all she is serving young customers! Disgusted that this happened, and i wont be satisfied until i get an apology. Amazing to think that there was another young lady working and was watching her manager deal with conflict- or in this not deal with it, just avoid eye contact and hope that I left the shop! What a rubbish lesson to teach your subordinates.
