I had to go twice to the shop to pick up an internet order. They claimed they did not have the ítem.
I phoned HQ customer services and I asked the staff at the shop to call them too, customer services confirm that the ítem has been delivered to the shop and is ready for collection.
The staff at the shop swears that it is not here. I asked for a refund and will never be back.
Stay well clear. This is just an idea of mine but I wonder if they are selling stuff online that they do not actually have. Otherwise this is just awful. Well it is awful anyway.
