I've been using Mrs Sparkles for a few months now and I am very, very pleased with the service I have received. I booked a one-off Blitz last year and have had a couple of Groupon offers which I've always been happy with, so I decided to have a regular clean.

The girls who come are always very friendly, and very efficient. They get the job done in the allotted time and I've never had any complaints. The house is always immaculate and I'm convinved every serface would pass the white glove test!

The 'behind the scenes' guys are lovely too - the staff who deal with any queries are always professional and friendly and I wouldn't go to anyone else now.

I can only assume that the negative comments on here have come from the type of people who are never happy! Ignore them, Mrs Sparkles provide a fantastic service!!
