Cleaning that repeatedly failed to meet the claims on the we

The service that we have received from Molly Maids Aylesbury is nothing like the claims made on the website.

Despite repeatedly emailing the lady who runs the business, nothing ever changes!

Yesterday we had a Spring Clean booked for a cost of £180 plus VAT.
According to the website, this should include:
• The washing of all painted and commonly-touched surfaces such as doors, window frames, and skirting boards
• The removal of all contents and a thorough clean of all kitchen units and cupboards inside and out

This is not the clean that was done. The patio doors were not done.

None of the contents were removed from the kitchen cupboards and there was no clean of all kitchen units and cupboards inside. Some of the outside may have been done but the draw fronts were not.

When I raised this with them they said that they only clean cupboards if they are empty but their website clearly says: The removal of all contents and a thorough clean of all kitchen units!

The mats were not hoovered.

The shower area are still not been cleaned properly! The shelves were not cleaned at all as they still have ringmarks from the shampoo bottles. The shower head has not been cleaned for months by Molly Maids Aylesbury!

The tiles are a continuous source of complaint. These are not been cleaned – the build up of pink soap residue does not occur if they are sprayed with bathroom cleaner.
