Don't do the job right according to description

For a so called professional, well known cleaning company, I was TOTALLY disappointed in this service, gave them a list of bathroom, hall, living room and kitchen, pictures, skirting so etc, I didn't want bedrooms done, not got a big house, 2 bedroom terraced, didn't pull TV unit out or couch, thick with dust, didn't lift my rug to clean under it, didn't Hoover it and used my steamer around my rug, had 2 large picture frames in my small hall leaning against my banister and they didn't lift them to clean behind it. Toilet floor still dirty, grime still on shower splash backs, didn't clean under my shower plug, oven wasn't cleaned properly. I phoned and complained and was told that they would send them back in, this was their policy so that they can keep a good rapport with the customer, which I agreed to, they came in and had a bad attitude asking what the problem was, totally denied most of the issues basically calling my husband a liar, so much for friendly service. I also asked how they can 'CLEAN' skirting when they don't move furniture!!! Total waste of my time and my money, call themselves cleaners.....I DONT THINK SO
