We were actually quite pleased with the cleaning job done by our MM cleaners. We'd had disappointing experiences with other cleaners in the past so had realistic expectations. The cost was significantly higher than others but felt this was a worthwhile trade off for the reassurance provided by using a big franchised company.
However...
One day nobody showed up. When I contacted the franchise manager the response was pretty rude. They'd had staff leave and so we were effectively being sacked as customers. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation or let us know when they'd be able to clean for us again just told to push off.
Considering we routinely paid same day or within 24hrs at worst, used them for several months and were always very flexible when the day or time was changed without any prior warning I think this is a pretty shoddy way to be treated.
If this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine how they treat staff - which probably goes some way to explaining why they are short staffed.

If it's any consolation, I'm an ex member of staff who was also sacked unfairly. They pay staff awful rates and pocket the rest. Terrible management with customers and staff. Yes, lots of staff leave swiftly, and there's clearly a good reason. Sorry that happened to you. You can find a lot better out there.
