The manager came to our house and we agreed a day and amount, which was £85 for two people for an hour and a half, which I thought was expensive but agreed. The manager knew that I was desperate to get the cleaning done, and it was arranged for Friday, late afternoon last week. No one turned up and I have heard nothing from them. Very unprofessional and sloppy!
