Avoid MollyMaid Weybridge

I used MollyMaid Weybridge to clean my home, i had already been advised by a friend to avoid them. My friend had warned me that the franchise owner would avoid paying for any damages and would replace any broken items with replica's rather than having the original repaired. She told me of an incident when a item was replaced with a replica from e-bay even though the customer had been told it would be repaired. I have also been told if you contact head office they don't care, they allow these Franchise owners to run their business anyway they wish, which explains why MollyMaid has such a awful reputation.I did go on to have a clean and was very dissapointed with the standard! The girls rush round like headless chickens as if they are racing each other, nothing is pulled out or cleaned behind, they don't move anything they just wipe round it. They actually need to be trained in cleaning. The girls told me that they do between 6 or 7 cleans a day, which obviously explains the rush. Anyone who cleans their own home knows full well that you could not possibly clean that many homes in 1 day. I advise everybody to write letters to their head office and keep a copy, this is daylight robbery and probably a company that needs to be looked into by rogue traders.
