“Soaked bathroom carpet and deny it.”

When they cleaned the bath and shower panels with the shower head they let the water soak over the side and onto the carpet which caused damage. They deny it!!!!!!!
When asked to compensate, they refuse!!!!!!
They also made incorrect representation.
Never use this company.
