Sloppy, expensive & not to be recommended.

I chose Molly maid (Wellingborough) for the convenience of having my home cleaned once a fortnight while i was out. I liked that they used their own equipment.

The cleaners, however were sloppy. They chipped ornaments (not expensive but of sentimental value) and left things switched on which were not originally on. Once it was a towel rail,a waste of electricity and a potential hazard.

They did not do bits the manager had listed during assessment, IE plugholes and every week I had to leave written reminders to empty bins etc. There were always bits of dust that were blatantly missed!

Whenever I contacted the office, the manager was slow to respond and sometimes did not respond! I was told He was busy at his 'other job.'

I would not mind the cost if they did what they should but it was expensive for such a bad service. I do not like complaining so when they frequently failed to complete a basic service to my satisfaction, I gave up. I will try another company.
