Unfortunately not good at all.

It was a "Key Job" which means the cleaners have a key for access to clean whilst you are at work. I think perhaps this is not a good idea as you are not around to check that the cleaners stay the required amount of time which was part of the problem with my job.

I had a guest staying who was in the house when the cleaners arrived and left. They are booked for an hour (which equates to 2 hours as there are 2 of them) every week. The list of jobs they have is not extensive.

They left 20 mins early and when challenged they said they had completed the job. They had not. They were not required to clean the whole house but were given specific jobs - which they failed to do properly, e.g. great dust balls were found under the bed and this was a specific request as I suffer from asthma. Another example was the bathroom - floor not cleaned under the sink or the loo and the bath still had a ring around it!!

I give them 1 star for turning up.

I have now stopped the contract. I cannot recommend them.
