I used the Romford branch of MollyMaid and they were total rubbish. After the first clean there was so many things that had been missed that my Husband phoned and asked if they had actually been.
I sent a complaint email detailing the faults, they took a week to respond to this. The next week was better but the cleaners still missed things that should been done. I again, made them aware of this.
The following week, I was at home when they came. 2 miserable ladies spent 1 hour doing a really poor clean and the kitchen surfaces were still dirty when they left. I was being charged £60 for this appaling service!
Their website states that the service is 100pct guaranteed - what a joke. Despite my complaints they never came back round to complete what they should have done, despite this being in the contract, so I stopped using them. I now use a lovely local company who do a great clean and for less money.
