Unreliable, bad attitude

I've had an awful experience with cleaners from this company, and the franchisee owner for East Devon. First of all, a cleaner was provided (admittedly, she did an extremely good job when she actually turned up), who subsequently decided she couldn't come because the bus fares were too expensive and the journey was too time consuming. Then I was offered a cleaner who essentially threw a hissy fit and walked out on me, because she said she couldn't cope with the amount of work my flat required - she didn't even have the common courtesy to return my vaccuum cleaner to its cupboard, but just left it standing in the middle of the hall floor, waiting for me to trip over it! I then phoned the franchise holder to see if I could get a replacement, and he was extremely discourteous - basically said that he couldn't force people to work for me if they didn't want to (which, obviously, is perfectly true, but did he really have to say that?), and that there was no-one else available, and that he could no longer help. I made it clear from the outset that due to suffering from quite severe mental health problems and autism, the cleaning required would probably be more intensive than a lot of places, but they claimed that this wouldn't be a problem. Honestly, I really wouldn't recommend disabled or mentally ill people employing this company.
