I've had the chance to use those cleaners on several occasions. They might have their disadvantages but who doesn't? Sometimes they are late, sometimes their cleaners do not speak perfect English, and sometimes they don't use the products I would, but when it comes down to cleaning I doubt there're any flaws.

As I'm preparing the house for the holiday season, I'm definitely going to have them once again take care of my carpets.

Overall, my cleaning experience with them is positive and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
