STAY WELL CLEAR !!!! JUST SO BAD.

The cheapest option is never the best ... i wish i researched them more closely, as i would have found similar reviews to what i am about to write. the lady who turned up on her own to do a whole end of tenancy clean was nice, but hardly spoke English, but that aside, how could she do the clean in 4 hours? standard was poor, but she did the bear minimum. On further inspection after stupidly paying her (and feeling sorry for her), i found that the carpet had been damaged, and a whole list of other things had not been cleaned properly after the check-out report was completed. £130 i thought was good value but it turns out to be a waste of money as cleansimply (or citiclean, or whatever their actual name is having been dissolved in 2014 apparantly), refused to come back and address the issues, and everytime i got through to them, they hung up on me. Avoid at all costs, will simply be a waste of money.
