Had a move in ‘deep clean’ and was bitterly disappointed. Was an extortionate amount of money for what was actually just a basic surface clean. The kitchen floor was still filthy after the lean so had to redo. The cleaners completely missed out the living room and never cleaned the windows or skirting boards as per the despcription of a ‘deep’ clean. Complete waste of money and wouldn’t offer any form of compensation. Wish I had read a review before booking, lesson learned!

I wasn't happy with my carpet cleaning results and were not offered a extra clean as promised on the website. Poor service as well.

Prior to booking a spring clean with any clean, I had a very detailed conversation with the booking agent as to my expectations and gave him the option to say if these were too high. he assured me any clean were the top professional cleaners, who cared, that I was looking for and would get the job done. HE LIED!! Our small 1 bed/1 bath, fairly new build flat was not in a state but just need a good deep clean, so 6 hours @ £20ph (double that of a normal clean) was recommended by the agent and for that expected my flat to be sparkling. When I returned it was a disgrace! Their customer service in this situation was also a disgrace! I since have found a domestic cleaner who charges £12 ph and did in 3 hours what they couldn't even do in 6hrs at double the rate!! I wish I had of read these reviews before choosing any clean!

We have been using anyclean for two years now - and except for one cleaner that we had at the very beginning , we are deeply unsatisfied by the service!!! cleaners are unexperienced, don't do much but excel at the art of looking busy - My husband and I would always wonder if the cleaning lady actually showed up when we get home in the evening - which goes to show how little difference they actually make. Better to pay more but get the job done.

Wish I had checked reviews before going ahead and booking. Carpets looked worse than they did before.

I had woman from this agency. Worst cleaner ever. She destroyed my high quality items . Of course I called the agency to explain and complain about it. Now that I couldn't keep this woman here I asked for damage repair . The very same woman, who took the complaint told me that such conversation never took place!!!! She is telling me that i didn't tell her about damage !!! For real?? YES for sure!! Crazy! She still insists that this woman is her best cleaner . Not sure who is worst ! Unbelievable . Stay away from ANYCLEAN and understand that for £13.95 + VAT per hour you can get 2 decent cleaner. Shocking ! Scambags !

Absolute waste of money, these people are so unprofessional and charge the earth, I'm so disappointed in the end of tenancy cleaning I could cry! My ex landlord has just charged us another full amount for full cleaning which means I'm out of pocket £600 thanks to Anyclean! Such discusting services

I arranged a 3x yearly interior and exterior window cleaning for 3 houses in Central London. All 3 houses have semi-glazed living room roofs, and in one of the houses the living room is 14feet high, with a 6 panelled glazed roof. It is not a simple proposition and has always been relatively expensive to clean by whoever I have engaged to do it. It is a difficult assignment, but the 2 men who came with long range hoses were polite and hardworking, and went the further mile, removing the hanging plants under the tallest conservatory roof before cleaning and then carefully hanging them up again. i am more than happy to recommend the company

3 cleaners came and did nothing. They come and fiddle in your house then clean they client it, and refuse to give you your money back, as they just take it right out your bank when you tell them not to. They sit on your neighbors wall and smoke. Never in my life have I witnessed anything like this. Avoid avoid avoid.

Have used the domestic cleaning service for a number of years now. Am happy with the quality of the cleaning and ironing. It is also good value for money and the office staff are very helpful.

Recommended to me by the agents who had dealt with the letting of my property in Staines I engaged with Anyclean to do a deep clean after the tenant left the property but had failed to do a professional clean (they had a cat). Whilst the main part of the property was left in a reasonable state the shower/bath left a LOT to be desired and I thought I would need to replace the shower hose and screen such was the grubbiness! The 2 Anyclean girls did a sterling job and the bathroom is now sparkling once again. They were very efficient and cleaned the whole property to a great standard but the bathroom I was very impressed with. I would certainly recommend this company and thought they were good value for money also.

Can not recommend this company enough; moving out of my flat and were instructed to use them in the tenancy agreement which always fills you with a slight dread of 'these guys will be so expensive'. Could not have been more wrong; the guys turned up early but were happy to wait whilst I moved a lot of boxes around to free up space. They were incredibly professional and polite, happy to be left to their own devises whilst I went out for some lunch. Completed the whole job under an hour which was impressive given I am on the 2nd floor without a lift - not a single complaint. Flat has been left smelling and looking lovely, I almost don't want to leave now. Excellent value for money and a smooth process from booking to completion; these guys take the stress out of moving!

Hi, We have 4 hours cleaning our upstairs which been paid from the landlord, due to the carpet so dirty so we asked them to clean the carpet which we have to pay, 2 double and 1 single, costed us £142.50. The girls who cleaned upstairs which 2 hours each persons didn't do a great job at all, as all the rooms in the same time which carpet been cleaning with a guy. Don't understand what they did, but 25 min before 2 of the girls came down stair and do wipe out the kitchen which is cleaned by me the day before. And strange enough, those 2 girls who hardly speak English told me the they just clean inside the house, means they WILL NOT clean out the window outside the patio door even clean the rubish outside. One of the girl asked me to checked their work and I saw still a lot of dust in the cabinet. I asked her why this not been cleaned and she said because I didn't say. Well, 4 hrs, they just clean 1 bathroom that's is as all the carpet in all room been cleaned wig the other guy. I was so up set with the service and I WILL NOT USE THIS company anymore, that is for sure. They are just ripe off. And also all the type they clean, well I used to have another cleaner much much better than these 2 girls From ANYCLEAN. Please can you tell your team to clean properly.

I used Anyclean to clean a property before moving in. The person who took the booking was v helpful and polite and called me back when I had queries and generally v helpful. On the day of cleaning the cleaners were prompt and arrived on time and were polite. Generally the clean of house was satisfactory and they deep cleaned the carpets as well to a good standard. However we requested and paid for the cleaning of the oven and cooker hood. On inspection it wasn't done v well and therefore we asked them to do more which they did at the time. After a few days before the oven was used and on close inspection cleaning was v v poor really not done at all apart from the glass doors. The cooker knobs still had grit behind them and had not been removed, the oven space still had cleaning agent in them that was visible. On speaking to Anyclean at the time of booking I was told that my oven would look new and a separate team would come in and do it. I am absolutely sure this was not done and for the price charged it was a v poor job. It took just 3.5 hours which is v quick for the size of the property and the cleaning that needed to be done. I emailed Anyclean with my complaint that the oven was not done properly and was "thanked" for my feedback and no further action taken. I have since had a separate company come and clean the oven so it can be used. I would not recommend Anyclean for cleaning ovens at all. Other cleaning was average and general cost quite expensive.

We have been using Anyclean for a year now and have found them most unreliable. On a number of occasions a cleaner has just not bothered to turn up with no warning, and when they do they rush through the jobs, cleaning for only just over 2 hours when the minimum charge is 3 hours. When challenged about this, they say they have done everything. When you then show them the poor quality of what they have done ie. stains still present around the plug hole of the sink, dust on the radiators, they shrug their shoulders. I won't be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

This company should be liquidated and not operating in this country - they charge you but actually do not clean! we asked them to return as the two bedrooms of the flat had not been hovered nor the windows cleaned - even after returning the bedrooms were disgusting with dust and hair still on the carpet and the cleaners also broke the oven door!! no refund of course. The service is just disgraceful and the people dishonest. NEVER USE ANYCLEAN SERVICES

Horrible!! I do not recommend this business at all.
I hired them for an after builder clean job and chose the flat fee for a thorough deep cleaning no matter how long it takes. 2 people showed up and "cleaned" the place in 3 hours which is impossible to do in the condition it was. When asked, you're done? so quickly? their answer: yes we are professional cleaners. The result was soooooo unprofessional. I called to discuss straight away the situation and was told to take pictures etc which I did. I told them that I will pay the 3 hours they spent but not the £268 flat fee. After more than a week I got an email saying that they will reimburse me the balance and charge me for the 3 hours.... it's been almost 3 weeks and still no refunds. Even after speaking with someone on the phone 5 days ago.
It is not the place you want to deal with. STAY AWAY

I would not recommend Anyclean to anyone because they did not clean the carpet properly and had to come back to do it again. They did not deal with a further complaint in my view, in a satisfactory or professional manner.

I booked an Anyclean crew to do an End of Tenancy thorough going-over of my ex-flat. I was disappointed to learn carpet cleaning was not included, but when I enquired as to the price, it was hands-down the best quote I had received for the whole service. As I had moved out if the flat already, I arrived at the building at the allotted time, to find the crew pitched up and waiting for me to let them in. Punctuality is NOT a problem for these people. I had to go to work, so left them to it. They called to let me know they would be leaving soon, and I told them to see themselves out and just make sue the door was firmly closed behind them. When I came back after work, I was absolutely amazed. I am a nit-picker. I am fussy. I looked EVERYWHERE to find something I could see a fault in, but was forced to admit defeat. The disgusting fridge sparkled, the grimy oven shone. The fixtures and fittings gleamed. I really cannot recommend Anyclean highly enough.
