I booked a one-time cleaning for the carpet at my home with Anyclean and the service was OK. Although I regularly vacuum the carpet myself and tent to remove stains right after I notice them, my wall-to-wall carpet haven’t been professionally treated for more than a year, so it started looking flattened, soiled and dull. I had AnyClean in to spring clean my 1 bed flat. I paid for 2 cleaners for 3 hours(6 hours total) more than ample time. I gave them a list of things that I wanted done and also pointed out some of the key areas when the cleaners arrived. When they had finished cleaning they hadn't cleaned the window as I has requesting, saying they couldn't reach, amazing how they could reach the inside but not the outside ( Its a basement flat with access to the outside via the window itself). I highly recommend Anyclean for upholstery and carpet cleaning. If you are like me having lots of carpets around your home, you will need to have someone reliable to clean them when the time comes. I hired Anyclean to do an upholstery cleaning and their expert did an outstanding job. Some of my furniture were 10+ years old and they were not cleaned professionally for a very long time. I have been using Anyclen for a regular carpet cleaning service over the past two years and their carpet cleaner always does a great job cleaning my soft flooring. I rang around some different companies but couldn't find anyone who could come on the same day and on a saturday too. They were slightly cheaper ( not by much) than the others too - so they weren't bumping up their rate because they knew I was in a rush and would probably pay more. They were courteous and respectful of the property too. I have already booked Anyclean few times to do an End of tenancy service when I am changing accommodations and I am happy with their professionalism and politeness. I used their end of tenancy cleaning service once when I had to leave my accommodation. It was a brand new apartment when I rented it and lived there for more than two years.
