I rang around some different companies but couldn't find anyone who could come on the same day and on a saturday too. They were slightly cheaper ( not by much) than the others too - so they weren't bumping up their rate because they knew I was in a rush and would probably pay more.

They were courteous and respectful of the property too.

I have no problem recommending them to other people and can't think of any negatives except for they left a tiny puddle of water in my corridor. In short: they saved my bacon.
