Coming to it from a bigger car I find it very slow to pick up and need to use far lower gears thabn expected in our hilly city.

Their customer service department is useless. The tyre was vandalised two weeks after I had it brand new. I had not been warned there is no spare wheel, and as a result when I used the "get you home pack it was quite useless, simply meaning that I had to pay for a new tyre because it was ful of latex gunk.

When I complained to Fiat they have sent no reply to my complaint that they should have warned me, and sent me a phone number which is out of action.
