I complained that the 60 days starts when they issue the card so by the time you get it you will only have 57 days for example - got a letter back saying they have now extended this 65 days to allow for postage etc...a result for the

Item: Citibank Access Account
I opened my Citibank Access Account primarily so that I would have access to my money worldwide. The other big rival HSBC was not offering free global transfers like Citibank. Also since I have a Citibank account in India, my money would be freely accessible in Citibank ATMs in India without having to worry about transferring every time I needed it by paying only the conversion fee.

Would prefer a separate Euro Sterling and Dollar cards though one card for all has some advantages. I suppose one phone call to change it over every time I move countries is OK. I just worry about it not working or if I cannot get through on the phone. So I always have a backup, lest the system ...

Just received my citi card, for the for 60 days I am receiving 6pp litre off my statement plus double points on my loyalty card additional 2% cash back, after the 60 day expires I will save 3p per litre and 1% cash back. Unlike Tesco etc, the loyalty scheme is excellant allowing you to exchange your voucher for a variety of high street shop gift cards or money of fuel, other brands make you use your rewards in there shops.

I've held 3 savings accounts with Citibank in London and recently they locked all my accounts. I can still deposit funds but can't withdraw any. I went into the bank with ID and they require me to send a massive list of authentication documents to a postal address to "verify myself". I need my passport, 3 months bank statements from another bank which I used to bank with but now don't so this is impossible, a utility bill and a PAYE slip.
