I went onto the vue website to book 2 tickets for the fast and furious 6 film which comes out tomorrow. I entered my bank details and clicked submit. The transaction didn't go through as "there was a problem". I cancelled and went to re try, to my disappointment the seats i wanted had been took, so i selected two more and went through the process again, this time it had been rejected by the bank. It turns out the vue had took the money out of my account from the first time i tried but it hadn't give me my tickets. I rang and got a full refund. I suggest if you are going to book in advance to ring the booking number and not do it on the internet.
