I have twice tried to book tickets online - about a year apart. Both times I have had problems with the payment system and could not complete the transaction. I complained a year ago on the phone to their call centre (sorry, poor girl) but a year later the same problem occurs. If you are offering online payment facilities - make sure it works. If you receive a compliant - deal with it. The directors of the company need to pull theuir fingers out.
