“Poor customer services”

The seating arrangement in the VUE was terrible. My self and my children had to move several time because people were not seated in the right seats.There was no one to ensure that people were in their seats, so when they arrived late, someone else was sitting in their seats! When I spoke to the usher he said it was health and safety and my kids should sit away from me because he could not move the public while the film was showing!!
we booked 5 seats in the cinema and when my children went to the toilet, someone else tried to take their seats!

I will never go to Vue in Stratford again.
