The Odeon Kingston simply goes from bad to worse.Having always been hopeless at having the right number of ticket staff we have now moved to escalators out of order for nearly six months.It cannot be that they can't be fixed so it must be to save electricity.Customer satisfaction?I don't think so.And now to make matters far worse,no heating for the last four weeks! "We don't seem to be able to fix it"Oh dear poor you.Meanwhile you have no heating bills and we freeze to death.

The worst thing is the Odeon doesn't care.All we need is a gesture,half price tickets in the freezing cold would do the trick,but no,because they don't care.
