ABSOLUTELY APPALLING WEBSITE - cinema not too bad

Actually wonder if they want anyone to see what they are showing - in my case, I love Opera and Ballet = guess what - they have stuff on there from 2012 and it seems impossible to find any that may be current?

Some subjects, even from 2012, are saying that they are still awaiting pictures? The mind boggles! Website obviously put together by a bunch of illiterate idiots.

It is dark and dismal and the 'search' facility is unworthy of the epithet - sometimes you MAY obtain what you asked for, however mostly it just comes up with what it feels like! It is so bad today that I am just about to email the CEO, Mr Mooky Greidinger to ask him if the company REALLY wants customers or not!

My local Cinema at Bentley Bridge Wolverhampton, is actually not too bad; it is reasonably clean, staff are fairly friendly although a bit dim BUT it does suffer from a lack of indicator notices to tell you where to buy tickets - they can actually be bought at the food counters, however it does NOT tell you that anywhere.

Diabolical state of affairs if they TRULY want to serve their WOULD-BE customers.
