They only have TWO ticket collection machines, and on the last two visits they were BOTH out of order. The cinema is understaffed, so there's never anybody at the ticket kiosk - meaning you have to queue for ages at the snack counter. Complete pain in the backside when you've booked your tickets online.

Don't bother with Orange Wednesdays - the electronic sign at the ticket kiosk downstairs will claim that tickets are still available for a film, then you queue up for 25 minutes (staff poorly trained, slow, and not really giving a s***) to be told the film you wanted sold out. On the way out, I looked at the sign again, and it still claimed tickets were available.

I have no idea if the sign was wrong, or if the idiot staff member was just being special.

Never, ever, ever again. Complain and you just get a blank stare, and this was from the "Supervisor".
