We have recently had the D-Box seats installed at our local Cineworld, however as an Unlimited Card holder, it is not likely we will ever get to use them as we can only get tickets on the day of the screening. When D-Box is booked up well in advance by non-unlimited card holders, we will never be able to get tickets on the day. I would assume someone who "subscribes" to a cinema should be able to use the fancy new vibro chairs! But computer says no! Do I want to wait a month after Spiderman comes out to hopefully get a D-Box seat when it isn't as popular? Hell no, I wanna see it when it comes out! All they need to do is check everyone's card as they enter the screen as they are supposed to, 2 and a half years a card holder, a film every week and 1 person has asked to see my card before going into the screen, one time!
Sort it out Cineworld, look after your regular customers!
