“Ticket Machines Only”

Had to help 3 people, one disabled, to obtain tickets from a machine. This is the only option available at this cinema. There is nobody to help, no advice on where to seek help. Plenty of bodies to sell overpriced food and drinks. If you turn up without a credit or debit card you will not see the film, there is no cash option on the machines. It could be described as the Ryanair of the cinema world but Ryanair at least offer some value for money.
